Next day priority delivery is charged at £10.00 per order. This is a next day delivery service for the mainland UK, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that the cut off time for next day delivery is 2pm.

UK Next Day Saturday delivery is charged at £15.00 per order. This is a next day Saturday delivery service for the mainland UK. Please note that the cutoff time for next day delivery is 2pm.

Overnight services cannot delivered to P.O Box's.

Untracked UK shipping is £3.50 and is only available on certain low value items. Delivery times within the UK are usually 3 to 7 days.

European Delivery

Standard delivery to the rest Europe is £5.00. Delivery to Europe takes around 7-10 days. Standard delivery is FREE for orders over £150. Free shipping may not be available on certain offers.

Our No Nonsense Return Policy

Take it home and try it on for size! We cover shipping back to you on your first exchange and offer a no nonsense 30 day return / exchange period.

All items must be returned in new condition. Please do not remove the tags! Do not send any items back without a valid RMA.

In compliance with local legislation and for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on knickers, panties, hosiery or face masks. There are no exceptions to this rule. Damaged or dirty items may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
